We offer the following processing possibilities:

  • flat reciprocating grinding
    (grinding range max. w = 700 / t = 400);
  • profile surface grinding in reciprocating grinding or deep grinding process with CNC free form profiling of the grinding disc;
  • square guide grinding table lengthwise
    ( w = 500 / d = 300)
  • square guide grinding in table cross direction ( w = 500 / d = 300);
  • centerless plunge and or rather plunge copy grinding ( diameter = 0,4 to 30
    max. length = 130 mm)
  • cutting off and length grinding of punches, ejector pins etc.
  • centerless circular or rather circular profile grinding
    ( diameter =0,3 to 25 mm ) with CNC free form profiling of the grinding disc;
  • polishing and lapping of axially symmetric parts;
